Atlas der Schweiz

A well promoted overview over switzerland on CD. It features statistics
about many economic values plus a crude map that allows calculating 3D views
and panoramas from any point. It is great for the first of its kind.
It appears to be a port from a unix application as it has its own GUI
There are a few shortcomings however :

When run with a lot >200MByte of virtual memory, the startup terminates
with the simple error message : requires at least 3MByte of virtual memory (!)
A bit of a problem when you have more than 500 MByte of physical memory. The
next release, due in 2001, won't have it fixed as it does not appear as major
problem. The author told me to remove some memory ...
I moved it to some older machine
They do not use OpenGL (or something acceleratable), that means building
a panorama takes a long time.
It does not use the full screen size
The copyright does not allow to publish panoramas or views.
