Hex sensor temperature controller
This heating controller has 6 temperature sensors inputs able to measure 10k NTC, PT1000 and thermocouples to control distributed
arrangements such as long tubes between the heating unit and the to be
controlled destination.

- resolution of the measurement is approaching 0.002 degree Celsius at room temperature for NTC
- accuracy without calibration is +-2degrees Celsius
- supplied through 5mm power plug with 6.5 to 36VDC, 40mA@6.5V, 30mA@12V
- 20 LED bargraph as dynamic power requirement display
- 2x16 LCD for the temperatures and menu
- powerful 4MHz ATMega32 controller
- serially communicating with either RS232 or RS422, selectable by jumper,
DSUB9 connector for RS232, 10pin flat ribbon cable connector for the
RS422
- additional opto contact on the flat ribbon cable to external systems
- 4 NPN, open collector, outputs for external opto relais or external
electromechanical relais, 5V supplied. PWM modulation is doable.
When the external opto relay switches only at the zero crossings,
then the targetted time constants are in the dozends of seconds to
minutes.

- additional analog input 0 to 5V, GND and 5V supplied
- its size is 125x100x25mm in the milled aluminum, and
110mm wide, 93mm high, and 52mm above rail in the plastic case
The firmware is not included as it needs to be specifically adapted to the
control loop, the additional effort is charged on an hourly basis. Please
ask what code and functionality is available from the shelf.
This prototype is likely not going to be produced.
